How to find the Wart Shrine at Nishiarai Daishi Temple:

When you get off the train, go out the exit and turn right. The street will curve around to the left, and you’ll see the famous peony garden on your left. Turning the corner, you’ll see  a pale wooden gate to the temple on your right, but keep walking. When you come to a huge old wooden gate, turn right and go through it. Straight ahead along the path, you’ll see the Wart Shrine on your left.
