HARD RIGHT (the street that borders the plaza and goes under the train tracks)
Miyashita Park: From the Hachiko exit of Shibuya Station, cross the street that goes under the train tracks to your right and duck left into the first narrow alley you reach after you come out from under the tracks. It will dead-end at some stairs going up to your right. Go up the stairs and you’re at the park. If you want to skate or climb, buy a ticket at the clubhouse, located in the middle of the park.

To get to the Bar Black sheep from the 109 Building, walk up the street that borders the left side. Turn right into the first alleyway behind the store. Walk about 3/4 of the way along the alleyway, and on the right you’ll find the Dogenzaka 2-29-13 building.
Here is a map to the Bar Black Sheep. It’s a little hard to find because there’s no sign at street level, just a window on the left side of the building on the 2nd floor with the name on it.
